Démarche Artistique – The Shadows of the Unknown
This series captures the sacred journey between Najaf and Karbala during the Ashoora period, where the concept of money dissolves, and generosity becomes the only currency.
Ones in year Millions of people from different part of Middle East start travel in caravans stepping on roads,
to share everything they have with everybody.
It is a space outside the logic of capitalism, where humanity is measured not by wealth but by the act of giving offered to strangers with no expectation of return. Through my lens, I explore these Strangers who make this magic happen every year, where human connection replaces economic exchange and an alternative way of living. By documenting this road, I invite the viewer to reflect on a fundamental question:
What remains when money disappears?
